Although this role has been predetermined since birth, Elizabeth truly is the best friend and confidant. She makes life full of celebration and love. Elizabeth moved to Seattle over a year ago and is making the most of her time out west. When she isn't cooking up a fantastic meal or dessert, she can be found walking to a local coffee shop, finding a new cocktail spot, or out in the mountains.

Meg is the most loving and supportive friend a person could ask for! She is currently living in Miami with her husband, Derek, and pup, Louie, where she works as a therapist and does some photography on the side (shoutout for the great engagement photos!). She is always up for an adventure, there to lend a listening ear (or to share any important thoughts on Taylor Swift), and will jump on an airplane at the drop of a hat to make a friend feel loved.

Kaitlin is one of the most loyal and big hearted people I know. As a lifelong Harry Potter fan, she is one of the few people who I can say is a true Gryffindor. She is living in Chicago with her husband, Tom, and dog, Summer, and you just may see her in a video on Crate & Barrel's website describing a new product 👀

Annie is Alex's longest friendship and has been a source of joy, laughter, and fun throughout the last 25 years. From soccer to lacrosse, we loved being teammates as well as friends and often find ourselves laughing to the point of tears when together. Annie lives in Chicago with her husband Shane, where she is working as a lawyer.

Caroline is the strongest person I know, and not just because she does marathons for fun. She is fun loving and enjoys adventure, and is often busy with a new house project, taking care of her two dogs, or dreaming up a creative idea for her advertising firm. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Rob, and previously mentioned dogs, Otto and Sully.

Tara and Alex originally met in youth group at Trinity church where they successfully journeyed to adulthood together and reconnected when Alex moved to Seattle. Tara is full of life and is the perfect person to plan a camping trip, host a dinner party, or wander the farmer's markets with. Tara lives in Seattle with her partner, Erik.

Emily married Alex's brother, Graham, last May and has been a wonderful addition to the family. She is active and imaginative, always thinking up something fun for the group to do. She and Graham live in Chicago with their cat, Leo. When she isn't busy being a nurse in the ER, she can be found exploring the city or hanging with friends.

Antonia is Colin's older sister and now the older sister that Alex never had. She lives in Virginia with her husband, Ben, and son, Charlie. When she isn't chasing Charlie around, she is busy being a top lawyer in Arlington. She had the tough job of keeping all the younger Miller boys in line, but there couldn't have been anyone better for the job.

Chris lives with his wife Katie and their son Billy in Indianapolis. Chris had the privilege of being Colin’s neighbor growing up, and they've been in lock step since they could walk. Chris was Colin’s roommate in Indianapolis for three fun-filled years after college. The pinnacle of their friendship was the day they went undefeated in games of 2 on 2 basketball at Tarkington Park in Indianapolis, and were referred to by the surprisingly large crowd as Stockton and Hornacek (allstar Utah Jazz backcourt from 1990s, both white).

Colin’s oldest brother, Ben, is a CPA working as a financial analyst in Indianapolis. Colin and Ben spent countless hours as kids playing video games in their basement. As they’ve gotten older they’ve since emerged from the basement, and enjoy hiking together in places like Yellowstone, Glacier, North Cascades, and the Smoky Mountains. Colin became Ben’s older brother at age 19 when he beat Ben in a game of 1-1 basketball while wearing flip flops.

Colin’s taller brother, Patrick, lives with his wife Sara in the LA area. Colin and Patrick’s friends overlapped as kids, so were very close growing up. Colin loved to tag along with Patrick and his older friends who were in high school. You may be imagining underage drinking, but this was largely playing in a fake video game rock band, playing homemade cooperative trading card games, and making 2 am White Castle runs.

Jacob is a real estate mogul in Los Angeles. Jacob and Colin have been close friends since a well-orchestrated play date in the 1st grade. The play date begat countless sleepovers and the two were inseparable through high school. They got into all kinds of hijinks during these formative years that are not fit for print. They bonded over a love of sports and continue to carry that bond through today, by providing middling recommendations on sports betting.

Nick is a world-class mixologist who has tended bar at all the hottest hotel lobby bars in the greater Indianapolis area. Nick was good friends with Colin’s older brother, Patrick, as kids. Colin and Nick’s relationship was contentious during childhood years, culminating in a fight that ended with Nick sitting on top of Colin and pushing his face in the dirt (Colin has since avenged this defeat many times, after becoming much stronger and fitter than Nick). Nick lived with Colin for 4 years in Indianapolis after college. There’s never been someone as predisposed to having a good time as Nick, look out for him on the dance floor come wedding night.

Alex is Generative AI Machine Learning Analytics Manager at a real estate firm in Indianapolis. Alex and Colin were fast friends since their Freshman year of high school where they both played tennis. Alex and Colin clicked over a common sense of humor. One of Colin and Alex’s top moments was when they drove from Bloomington to Indianapolis during finals week of their freshman year of college for Game 2 of the Pacers Magic playoff series. They entered a competition and hit free throws to win six free tickets to the game. They promptly sold 4 tickets to cover costs and enjoyed a great Pacers win.

Graham, Alex’s brother, lives with his wife Emily in Chicago where he practices urology. Graham and Colin competed against one another in dodgeball at Brebeuf Jesuit High School nine years before Alex and Colin met one another. Graham and Colin have gotten close to each other in the past few years on their various adventures, including: hiking around Washington, rock jumping in Greece, and skiing in Utah.
